Day shift on the floor. The line does not run remotely.

Supervisor

You hold takt time without derating the design.

You will run a module assembly line at a 10 GW per year cadence. Every unit that leaves your floor carries a serial number, a test record, and a twenty-year design life.

Responsibilities
  1. Five years or more supervising an electrical or electromechanical assembly line.
  2. Read and work from single-line diagrams and factory test protocols.
  3. Held a takt time through a ramp, and can say what broke.
  4. Comfortable signing a figure that leaves the building.
Responsibilities
  1. Run two module assembly lines to a published takt time, shift over shift.
  2. Own the factory test protocol on the floor and the record it produces.
  3. Hold the standard when schedule pressure argues against it.
  4. Bring line data back to the design team so the next revision is better.
