You will run a module assembly line at a 10 GW per year cadence. Every unit that leaves your floor carries a serial number, a test record, and a twenty-year design life.

Responsibilities
  1. Ten years or more in medium-voltage power electronics.
  2. Have taken a converter from topology through to production.
  3. Fluent in the test protocols that turn a claim into a figure.
  4. Willing to be the person who signs it.
Responsibilities
  1. Set the conversion stage topology and defend it against the load profile.
  2. Own the test bench and the protocol that produces the published figure.
  3. Work beside manufacturing so the design survives the line.
  4. Review field data and fold it into the next revision.
