Rotating shifts. The desk does not close.

Operator

The published figure is decided on your shift.

You will run a module assembly line at a 10 GW per year cadence. Every unit that leaves your floor carries a serial number, a test record, and a twenty-year design life.

Responsibilities
  1. Three years or more on a control room or dispatch desk.
  2. Comfortable with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  3. NERC certification, or the ability to hold it within six months.
  4. Calm under a live event, and able to write down what happened.
Responsibilities
  1. Monitor fleet state and dispatch storage against the ISO signal.
  2. Carry the setpoint through scarcity events without handing it back.
  3. Coordinate with utilities and field crews during switching.
  4. Log every event so the settlement record stands up to audit.
